The DSF – Consultancy, Training & Development is a private company established in mid 2003. The Founders of the Company are the former Project managers of the training, within OSCE Mission in Kosovo, Institute for Public Administration,

Our mission is to provide high quality, systematic and modern training and consultancy service for the public service and the private sector.

Staff of the Company

It is managed by the Managing Partners, which is composed by the Founders of the Company. The permanent staff of the Company is 5 people. The trainings are mainly delivered by guest lecturers coming from University of Prishtina, Kosovo Civil Service and Foreign trainers from different Training Centers of Western European Countries.
